Article 7
Description
Article 7 of the work contract explains the terms of the bracero's transportation. In it, it states that employers should transport their braceros free of charge, along with food, lodgings, and other necessary expenses. These provisions should be held as true unless the worker does not complete the terms of the contract. In this case, the employer is not obligated to pay for the bracero's transportation back to the reception center.
